主要特點:
1.優質樹脂(zhi)砂鑄件,箱式結構,抗震性強,經二(er)次時效(xiao)處理(li),清楚內應力,減小變形量(liang)。
2.采用先進(jin)的(de)(de)三維有限(xian)元分(fen)析處理,保證機體的(de)(de)穩定性(xing)和可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)。
3.機床(chuang)為整體(ti)斜床(chuang)身結(jie)構,全封閉防護,排(pai)屑順暢,機械手集成(cheng)(cheng)一體(ti)化設計,節約占地(di),降低成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)。
4.采(cai)用70KG高壓(ya)斷屑冷卻(que)系統(tong),刀座強力噴水(shui),解(jie)決(jue)易(yi)纏(chan)屑零(ling)件加工。
5.進(jin)給(gei)傳動(dong)采用臺灣精密(mi)直線滾柱導軌(gui)和滾珠絲(si)桿(gan)(gan)副及德國FAG或日本NSK絲(si)桿(gan)(gan)專用軸承(cheng),滾珠絲(si)桿(gan)(gan)安裝均為預拉伸結構(gou),提高剛性的(de)同(tong)時減(jian)少機床冷,熱機對工件加工精度(du)的(de)影響。
6.機(ji)床(chuang)兩通道主軸同(tong)時工作,無論是采用機(ji)械手上(shang)下料還是人工上(shang)下料都(dou)可以(yi)不停機(ji)無等待上(shang)下料,一機(ji)相當于兩臺(tai)機(ji)的效率,減少人員,降(jiang)低(di)成本。
